Bethanie, Western Australia’s leading not for profit aged care and retirement living provider, has been warmly welcoming and caring for seniors for over 65 years. We strive to lead the change in the way Australians think about ageing, recognising ‘old age’ as a positive force in society and giving a voice to those who have seen it all and live to tell the tale.
Our vibrant Social Centres help enable our clients to remain at home by providing a valuable social and therapy well-being service, with a focus on quality of life.
With no one day being the same, you could engage our clients in activities, have a cuppa and a chat, play bingo, participate in art and craft projects like painting, sewing, knitting, and more!
Joining our clients and staff we often go out on fun filled excursions on the Bethanie Bus. Perhaps you have a favourite location to share?
Help support our friendly Bethanie staff by engaging our Social Centre Clients in a number of fun and exciting activities.
Volunteers are treated as valued members of the Bethanie team and are needed to help provide support and interaction with clients.
This is a wonderful opportunity to improve the quality of life of older people, develop a personal connection, and make new friends while gaining new skills and giving back to your community.
