Retail Assistant - Yesterdays Thrift Shop - Mitchelton

The Developing Foundation Inc is a local charity and has supported Queensland families coping with brain injury since 1978. Our new Michelton Thrift Shop is in the trendy Blackwood Street  precinct and provides a fun and rewarding working environment. Our boutique thrift shop offers good quality fashionable clothing and accessories for women, men and children plus a wonderful array of second hand books. We also offer a range of home wares and lots more. You should enjoy meeting people and are able to commit to at least 1 shift per week (4 hours). Duties will include - Customer Service, Stock Sorting/Pricing, Displays/Merchandising. Public transport is available and street parking where available. No experience required as full training will be provided. Shifts are generally 4 hours but when training is complete our volunteers can select to work more/longer shifts We are open from 9:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and Sundays 10:00am to 4:00pm. *JobSeekers wanting to meet their mutual obligation requirements by volunteering are welcome.**
