The volunteer needs to -
- Washing dishes and\ utensils, cleaning, and restocking in the kitchen.
- Assisting the cook with the preparation and cooking of soups,main meals and desserts.
- Peeling and preparing vegetables.
- Plating hot and chilled meals,soups and desserts and meal assembly.
- Training on the Commercial dish washer will be provided and general instruction on duties will be given.
- Online Food Safety and Food Transport Training will be provided.
