Duties include: To set up tables with side plates, serviettes and glasses of water and prepare for morning tea. To greet clients and assist them into the restaurant. To provide morning tea to clients. To assist clients with the recreational activities if required. To assist clients with the development of social skills on an individual basis. To plate and serve lunch and dessert to clients. To clear away lunch items and clean dishes. Remove rubbish bags and place into garbage bins. Loading and unloading the commercial dishwasher. Washing up in the deep commercial kitchen sink. To leave the room set up as advised by the Community Restaurant Coordinator. To assist clients to the bus at the end of the day. Other duties as requested by the Community Restaurant Coordinator.
