Young-at-heart music lover in need of Social Support in Hampton Park!

Uniting (Victoria And Tasmania)
Logo for Uniting (Victoria And Tasmania)

During these challenging times we need volunteers more than ever to support isolated people in our community to feel socially connected again. If you’re a ‘people person’ and would like to make a difference to someone’s life, we would love to hear from you!

Belinda* is open minded, friendly and a great conversationalist! She loves baking, reading and listening to music. She plays the organ at her local church each morning, and would love to add a trip to the coffee shop and other community activities to her week. She'd enjoy a visit from someone friendly and positive, who loves good conversation!

Ideally you will be available Wednesday or Friday afternoon, have a valid license and access to a car. Provide companionship, and support Belinda* to achieve her social goals. Practical communication skills and confidence to work independently are a must.

*Participant's name has been altered to maintain his privacy. Interested? For further information, please Call 13 93 75 and quote CJ-S-05.
