Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Volunteer Coordinator will be the primary contact point for any new people looking to volunteer with Bucklands Community.

Duties will include:

• Coordinate and support Volunteer Recruitment, Placement, Training and Well-being
• Promote a friendly and welcoming volunteer environment
• Ensure that all new volunteers have, or are willing to apply for, relevant child-related screening and other related checks
• Ensure that all volunteers undertake the outlined induction process
• Support volunteers with training needs
• Compile and implement volunteer rosters
• Ensure that volunteers are aware of policies and procedures and where they are located
• Advocate for volunteers should any issues arise.
