This role will entail:

• Collating and analysing relevant research articles on the indicators that may contribute to an unhealthy workplace
• Collating and analysing relevant research articles on the indicators that may contribute to burnout, stress and anxiety in the workplace
• Collating and analysing existing third party providers (software platforms) associated with the above
• Preparing for and conducting research-related interviews and workshops, as required
• Contributing to the development of research papers and articles.
• Contributing to other planning and product design sessions, as required.
