Get2Know is looking for a Delivery Manager who plays a key part in identifying innovative solutions across a range of projects. As a Delivery Manager, you will be a part of our energetic and growing team with a highly developed communication, management and planning skills and making a difference through your work!

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, own and maintain the project and delivery plans. Inform timeframes and resourcing needs.

  • Drive the project management activities across the organisation and work closely with the teams.

  • Coach and lead the project teams to create an affective team environment.

  • Support the consistency of quality deliverables.

  • Identify, mitigate and escalate issues/risks where appropriate.

  • Manage and maintain delivery documentation and reporting.

Requirements

  • An approachable, supportive and can-do attitude.

  • A willingness to take ownership for various projects.

  • Tertiary qualified in IT or related discipline.

  • Proven experience in Delivery Management using an Agile delivery model.

  • Proven ability to successfully lead projects and delivering agreed outcomes.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills.

  • Great stakeholder management with the ability to build and maintain working relationships.

  • Experience in defining scope and requirements, then adapting to changes to priorities.
