Responsibilities

Develop, manage, own and maintain the project and delivery plans. Inform timeframes and resourcing needs.

Drive the project management activities across the organisation and work closely with the teams.

Coach and lead the project teams to create an affective team environment.

Support the consistency of quality deliverables.

Identify, mitigate and escalate issues/risks where appropriate.

Manage and maintain delivery documentation and reporting.
Requirements

An approachable, supportive and can-do attitude.

A willingness to take ownership for various projects.

Tertiary qualified in IT or related discipline.

Proven experience in Delivery Management using an Agile delivery model.

Proven ability to successfully lead projects and delivering agreed outcomes.

Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills.

Great stakeholder management with the ability to build and maintain working relationships.

Experience in defining scope and requirements, then adapting to changes to priorities.
