Job Description Purpose of the Role The role of a Community Driver is to provide safe and reliable transport for Brisbane Recovery Service Residential clients. The Community Driver enables clients to attend appointments and activities.

Time commitment – 8am - 8pm 7 days a week - negotiable with volunteer - you can do two hours or four hours or whatever time you can give.

A typical day will see you drive participants in our 12 seater buses to appointments and activities as scheduled each day.

The successful candidate will have;

• Knowledge of Brisbane road system (preferable).

• Good driving history and current applicable driver's licence (mandatory).

• Ability to work withing the mission and values of The Salvation Army.

Training and integrity checks are a requirement of this role.
