The Event: The MS Brissie to the Bay bike ride has been a popular event on the Brisbane fundraising event scene over the last 30 years. Participants are able to choose between distances of 10km, 25km, 50km, 100k or 130km, with each course tackling different challenges and filled with different scenery from Brisbane city all the way out to the Wynnum foreshore.

The Organisation: The MS Brissie to the Bay is a fundraising event run by the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Queensland (MS Queensland). MS Queensland is a leading not-for-profit organisation, based in Brisbane, providing specialised services to benefit people living with MS and other chronic progressive neurological conditions (PND) throughout Queensland. We exist to help people living with MS to get the best out of life; to advocate for change and to search for a cure.

The money raised by the MS Brissie to the Bay participants enables MS Queensland to provide critical programs and support for the increasing number of people diagnosed with MS. Together, with your support as a superstar volunteer for this event, we can ensure that no one has to face MS alone.

What we’re looking for in a volunteer: We’re looking for people who are friendly and approachable, who are always smiling and who are prepared to give our participants the best event experience ever. You are required to have your own camera equipment and must be able to supply all images taken on the event to MS Queensland by COB Thursday 16th June, 2022.
