The Kidney Support Network Inc (KSN) is a self-funded organisation that has transport services, support groups and Op shops in centres across Queensland.

Currently transport services operate in Sunshine Coast and Mackay areas, support groups in Mackay, Rockhampton, Gladstone, with 6 Op shops operating across these areas, Sunshine Coast, Mackay, and Redcliffe.

KSN has a small number of paid staff but is predominantly made up of volunteers who are part of the transport, support group or Op shop aspects of our organisation.

It is expected that Management Committee Members will

• Play at active role in organisation’s strategic planning to enhance and possibly extend, service delivery
• Work effectively with other committee members and Operations Manager, within a Not for Profit framework Or
• Have personal or family circumstances where renal health impacts on their lives

Monthly meetings will usually be by online format, any travel costs to meetings will be met by KSN

While we are seeking a member with committee experience, we would also highly value a new member whose personal circumstances are impacted by renal health concerns.

Our KSN President will respond to an initial application.
