As first point of contact volunteer you will be required to:

• HAVE GOOD ENGLISH (THIS IS A MUST) • Greet visitors • Follow time specifications • Be well presented • Answer general and specific questions about the program and the site • Answer the phone • Take tour bookings • Open and close the building • Have excellent communication and customer service skills • Be able to work independently and in small teams • Have a moderate level of fitness and be able to handle stairs • Be organised
