Tuesdays and Wednesdays - Part of our Kitchen Programs includes Coffee Time in our Cafe from 9.30am to 1.30pm weekdays We are currently seeking volunteers on a regular weekly basis during school term times for our community cafe to help with preparing the light lunches and beverages using a commercial barista espresso machine along with order taking, serving, conversation and clearing up. Experience in customer-based hospitality/catering industry is preferable but not essential as full training can be provided however a love of working with and communicating with a wide range of people is essential. The cafe is open five mornings a week from 10am to 1.30pm and includes making barista coffee's, setting up, serving cake/biscuits, taking money, assisting customers, networking with customers, clearing tables, helping with packing away and cleaning kitchen.
