As you visit and spend time with a gentleman at HammondCare Caulfield residential aged care home, you'll provide companionship each week. He loves sports, football, bikes, sit in the garden or watching a movie.

Ideally you'll be able to visit one hour a week or per fortnight for 12 months or longer. We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time and day with you (between Monday to Friday).

Successful applicants will be required to complete a national police check which HammondCare will organise and pay for, along with the NDIS Worker Screening Check.
