Groomed to Go Inc is a local not-for-profit organisation that helps all people in need by providing appropriate clothing and support services. Since 2008, we have helped over 5000 women and men achieve economic independence and we are, to this day, supporting the local community in and around Frankston and thrive on our Volunteer base to deliver our services.

You will be a part of a very positive, encouraging, welcoming and supportive team who are truly passionate about helping others, as our clients come first from the minute they make contact either via phone, email or in person.

Your role will be a very important one in which you’ll oversee our volunteers who fill various roles. You’ll advertise, select, induct and orientate, do periodic reflections, recognise Birthdays, make sure volunteers are trained, supported and managed.

You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager who will also support you in your role.

We are a Centrelink approved organisation meaning you may be able to partly fulfill your mutual obligation by volunteering with us.

You will be based at either our Frankston or Dandenong site (this will be confirmed) with 2 days per week required totalling 10 hrs per week. Extra hours may be necessary at AGM time to update current roles. We welcome applications from diverse people including all religions, genders, abilities and cultures.
