Your good communication skills, friendly personality, and interest in native flora and fauna will be highly regarded in this role. Any previous customer service, retail and coffee making experience would be valuable, but not essential. This well known nature reserve is looking for someone to provide information to visitors, make coffee and assist with the sale of merchandise, confectionary and drinks. There will be times when you will be working on your own. The kiosk is open 10am - 3pm daily.

Must be comfortable dealing with customers, cash handling and using coffee machine and working unsupervised once trained.

Gain valuable customer service, retail and hospitality experience within a reputable organisation. Volunteers are provided with free parking.

Full induction and cash handling training is provided, as well as on the job training. On going support and supervision, as required.
