Nepean Therapy Dogs Inc. is a registered charity providing trained therapy dog teams to members of the community in schools, hospitals, aged-care, universities and community groups.

The best volunteers are playful, easy to laugh and love dogs. We are looking for volunteers with experience or a keen interest in:

• Administration • Bookkeeping • Accounting • Sales • Fundraising • Grants • Volunteer Management • Social media

Key skills:

• Available to come into the office one day per week, for 4 hours. • Cleared Volunteer Working with Children Check. • Friendly, good communicator and ability to work in a team with others. • Love of dogs.

This role is NOT a hands on dog handling role, however dogs visit the office regularly and a love for and comfort around dogs is required. This is a great opportunity to support the community while gaining valuable experience that can be used to practice and build on your skills.
