With covid-19 restrictions beginning to be eased we desperately need volunteers who will assist clients to do regular Home Visits or assist them do their shopping or paying of bills or other important things which become difficult or even impossible when you become more fragile and less mobile or when you are no longer able to drive. To have assistance to be able to continue to do these tasks can have a huge impact on the quality of life for older people. To be able to maintain their independence helps with their mental health and well being and just may be the difference between them continuing to live in their own home or needing to seek residential care. No special skills are needed, just kind, patient and reliable and love working with older people . You will be required to undergo a National Criminal Records Check
