We are seeking volunteers to provide companionship to our residents with the understanding and mindfulness that our residents have a wide variety of cognitive needs.

We have many residents who are without any family or friends who visit them.

Having companionship greatly enhances the quality of life of residents who may otherwise be lonely and socially isolated.

Your regular visits may include having a cup of tea and a chat, escorting residents to activities, playing games or simply sitting and enjoying each others company.

Bethanie has wonderful supportive staff who will assist you to make sure your volunteer journey is a successful and enjoyable experience! You will be mentored with a Dementia Consultant for training and ongoing support.
