Who we are:

FOXG1 Foundation Australia is a charity dedicated to raising awareness of FOXG1 and trying to find a cure for FOXG1. By studying FOXG1, we can also understand to prevent or cure diseases such as autism, Alzheimer's, epilepsy, and schizophrenia.

About the role:

Sr. HR Manager will lead the entire HR team by planning and coordinating HR activities in adherence to the rules and regulations. HR Manager will ensure smooth process flow of HR processes thereby ultimately helping Fox G1 foundation to achieve its goal and objective.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain overall HR processes for the smooth functioning of the HR department
• Actively collaborate with various departments to cater to their resource needs.
• Understand the resource requirements and ensure recruiters recruit the right talent for the job.
• Direct and assign work to the entire HR team to ensure creating a large pool of resources.
• Ensure proper process flow for sourcing, selecting, onboarding, and offboarding of volunteers in charity.
• Provide timely orientation and training in accordance to new recruits with the job role.
• Maintain proper communication with the team and provide timely feedback.
• You will report to Director HR

Required skills and experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and/or relevant experience in the same profile.
• An enthusiast, who is eager to work for charity
• Excellent communication skill
• Ability to work in a team and independently as well
• Decision-making skill, and management skill to take the team in the right direction.
