Share your passion for music as you dance, entertain or play your musical instrument for elderly residents who have dementia or may be frail and elderly, at HammondCare Caulfield.

You're welcome to showcase a range of musical styles, from classical, country, rock'n'roll and popular hits from the 1920's onwards. You'll need to bring your own instrument with you, play our piano.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a national police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check which HammondCare will organise and pay for.
