Who we are

FOXG1 Foundation Australia is a charity dedicated to raising awareness of FOXG1 and trying to find a cure for FOXG1. By studying FOXG1, we can also understand to prevent or cure diseases such as autism, Alzheimer's, epilepsy, and schizophrenia.

About the Role

The Marketing Officer will be involved across a wide range of marketing campaigns, and events stemming from our marketing plan and strategies. This Position will require working passionately to raise awareness to ultimately achieve the objectives of the FoxG1 Foundation Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of internal and external marketing communication and strategies.

• Provide ongoing support in marketing campaigns to help in donor engagement and fundraising for the organisation.

• Work closely with the fundraising team and digital marketing team to operate in a way that may ultimately gear-up the donor-base.

• Identifying and nurturing local contacts and building relationships with major donors.

• Assist with the content creation for marketing materials

• Responsible for spreading awareness through social media, promotional events and networking.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or business, or experience in handling a similar profile is preferred.

• Self-motivated and an enthusiast who has a passion to work for the community.

• Must have excellent communication skill and a team-player.

• Creative and spontaneous, one who can find newer ways of educating communities.
