Connection Arts Space Inc. is a non-for-profit arts organisation based in Dandenong. We’re run by a diverse group of passionate volunteers that believe in our vision, ‘Art for a better world’. We recognise that art can challenge traditional ways of thinking whilst also allowing for opportunities to connect and collaborate. Through workshops, art exhibitions and events we seek to make the arts accessible, relevant and sustainable.

As a member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for building and developing our values of sustainability, accessibility and community relevance. This team will be focusing on ways to reach and provide value to our target audience both exhibitions (including emerging artists and attendees) and for workshops.

As Content Creator, you will work in the Marketing team with the following responsibilities: Developing and managing programs in consultation with the Marketing Coordinator:

• Preparing well-structured content for Youtube and Spotify in-line with brand guidelines
• Execute design briefs from the Marketing Coordinator that align with CAS values and mission • Liaising with Marketing Coordinator and the border CAS team to determine requirements and budget for graphic design, content creation (covering photography and video) • Liaising and manage community engagement on Youtube • Ensure that Exhibitions, Workshops and events are being promoted appropriately via Youtube and Spotify
