Join a wonderful team of volunteers and help Drive Cockburn Care clients to and from their home and community facilities. You will make friends, be part of a team, gain a passenger transport diver authorisation and make a difference to the lives of others.
Main Tasks:
- Drive Cockburn Care clients to and from their home and community facilities.
- Monitor the working condition and cleanliness of the car including spot cleaning and reporting faults
- Provide physical support to clients within the range of personal capacity (e.g. help to carry bags and assist disabled or frail people with mobility/mobility aids)
Regular Training will be required courses include Passenger Transport Driver authorisation (PTD), Driving Assessment, First Aid, Infection Control, Manual Handling and safe transporting in a vehicle.
