Emergency Relief Team Members assist with the packing and distribution of food, general operations support and maintaining the work environment.

We're looking for volunteers to support and improve the lives of vulnerable people in the community. You must communicate effectively, have initiative and regular ongoing availability. Knowledge and understanding of factors impacting on the well-being of individuals, families and communities will be highly regarded.

Volunteers supporting the Food Pantry undertake a range of task including:

Unpacking food donations and placing in relevant fridge, freezer or shelving Sorting of food; Splitting of food; Preparing and distributing food parcels as required; Sorting other relevant material aid donations and placing in correct shelving position.
