Belmont Toy Library plays an important role in our community allowing members to rent a range of toys for their families. The role of committee president involves:

• Communicating with toy library committee, current and past as required
• Facilitate and chair committee meetings four times a year
• Be aware of duties and responsibilities of toy library committee members, maximize their skills and delegate tasks as required
• Provide leadership, clarity and support to committee members
• Participate in decision making
• Represent the Belmont toy library at community events/act as a spokesperson as required
• Have a good working knowledge of the toy library constitution and rules
• Be aware of plans/goals, budgets and establish future directions

The role is flexible allowing you to volunteer from home in a time frame that suits you. The volunteer will work collaboratively with and are supported by the toy library committee.
