Teamwork and referrals
Identify, respond and support vulnerable individuals
Work collaboratively within a team to achieve best response outcomes for people requiring assistance
Take direction from Street Teams Coordinator
Accurately record assists and referrals
Effectively respond to Emergencies
Assist the Street Team Coordinator and volunteers to call emergency services when required.
Provide basic First Aid support, as appropriate and within recognised skillset
Accurately record any incidents as directed by Street Teams CoOrdinator
Make contact with Police/emergency services in a timely manner
Complete incident form for Street Team CoOrdinator
Stakeholders & Partnerships
Work in partnership with all Stakeholders, including Police and emergency services, to assist vulnerable people who have been referred for assistance
Provide the necessary information and support required
Contacting support networks
Contact families and friends, and/or other support networks as required
Contact with family/friends/contact is in a diplomatic and thoughtful manner
Transport
Facilitate safe transport home
Support the Street Team Coordinator/driver
Answer phones calls professionally from Police referrals, Street Team leaders (Street Team members)
Arrange suitable transport
Fill out vehicle log and supply to Street Team Coordinator at the end of the night
