Young Professionals - National Events Support Officer

What is the Young Professionals Network? The UNAA Young Professionals (YP) network involves and inspires young professionals throughout Australia in international affairs and the work of the United Nations around the world. The YP brings together a diverse mix of young professionals from business, law, government, the arts and philanthropy that are mainly between the ages of 25 to 35 years.

How Will I Contribute?

  • With the support of the National Events & Programs Executive, create a Guiding Principles document to ensure there is consistency in the delivery of each event in the series
  • Act as the key point of contact for all Events & Programs Managers to contact for advice and guidance in coordinating their event, including but not limited to:

    - Responding to written queries - Liaising with these stakeholders over the

    phone or via Zoom

    - Regularly reaching out via a preferred mode of communication to these stakeholders to offer support

  • Provide administrative support to the National Events & Programs Executive as required
