A Volunteer Bookkeeper is required to manage all financial matters for the McFarleane House Learning Centre and complete and end of year audit with external auditors. The successful applicant should have a knowledge of MYOB software and be confident with data entry of receipting and petty cash, monthly reconciliations of bank statements, preparing financial reports for committee meetings (4 times a year) and monitoring expenditure. The Centre is looking for someone that is willing to commit to a long term position for 2 - 3 hours per week or fortnight in order to build strong positive relationships. Would suit a retiree, person undertaking studies or simply someone with the skills that has a few hours a week/fortnight to spare.
