The Volunteer Walking Group Convener's role will include: •Preparing for the group each week by researching walking routes, bearing in mind gradients, when to walk, length and time of walk, resting spots, facilities etc. •Varying routes regularly to allow for variety and interest •Contacting walking group members to inform them of walk details •Leading the group during the walk. •Taking a register of those attending the walks, ensure client registration forms are completed and collect donations from participants.
