Are you passionate about the fight against cancer? Knox Relay For Life is seeking local volunteers to join our organising committee!

Relay For Life is a community event that raises vital funds for cancer research, prevention, and support. The event brings communities together to celebrate cancer survivors and the unsung heroes - their Carers, and to honour those we’ve lost. Teams commit to walking around a track in relay fashion throughout the event to signify that cancer never rests, so neither do we. It is an incredibly special event that stays with its participants for years to come.

We are seeking dedicated volunteers to join our organising committee and help plan the 2021 Knox Relay For Life, to be held on the 13th of March. This is a fantastic opportunity both for people seeking to gain experience and mentorship in fundraising and events logistics with one of Australia’s leading cancer charities, as well as for people who wish to bring their skills and experiences to the table to fight back against cancer and support a meaningful community event. Tasks are varied and can include marketing, sponsorship, team liaison and relationship building, ceremonies, and logistics.
