Duties & Responsibilities Serve customers in a friendly proactive and helpful manner. Treat fellow volunteers and members of the public with respect and courtesy. Receive, sort, price and prepare items for sale. Keep all areas of the store clean and tidy. Package, store or dispose of unsuitable goods appropriately. Report discrepancies and problems to the Manager/Team Representative. Follow reasonable direction as requested by the Manager/Team Representative. Maintain confidentiality.
