We're looking for motivated volunteers to support and improve the lives of vulnerable people in the community. You must communicate effectively, have a well-developed sense of initiative and regular ongoing availability for a minimum of 6 months. Empathy and the ability to build rapport are crucial attributes.

Knowledge and understanding of factors impacting on the well-being of individuals, families and communities will be highly regarded. Commitment to ongoing learning and development regarding availability of local community services is essential.

Our Emergency Relief Team Members work across one or more areas, including providing customer service and support with program and service activities, conducting assessments of need for individuals and families experiencing financial hardship, preparing and delivering care packages to people in need and undertaking administrative tasks such as data entry.
