Ability to research information relating to sourcing and securing funding from large stakeholders and corporate business for sponsorship and large donations. Comfortable in approaching and communicating our funding needs, and arranging meetings with large stakeholders, government bodies, local and world wide businesses. Experience in organizing corporate functions and charity days and/or auctions to fundraise for the centre (not sausage sizzles or cake stalls) Computer literacy and technology skills including experience in finance sourcing, approaching or cold calling, writing emails and arranging and attending meetings Strong bright and bubbly personality with good communication skills including the ability to write, and speak confidently with attention to detail. Organizational ability and initiative including experience in finance and event planning and prioritizing to meet deadlines if required.
