On the grounds of Greenwich Hospital, the multidisciplinary care team at the Riverglen Unit aim to provide a place of safety and treatment in a secure, modern setting for older people in the acute phase of a mental health disorder. As a volunteer with the Riverglen Unit at Greenwich Hospital, you'll make a difference by being creative, creating cards and other craft with patients.

Ideally you'll be available for one hour per week for 12 months or longer. We would be happy to arrange a suitable day and time, during the week or weekend.

We're passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need and we have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of our patients. We'll provide training as well as on-going support. This role will suit you if you live locally to Greenwich Hospital, 97-115 River Road, Greenwich.

Please note that you must be aged 18-79 years old to volunteer at Greenwich Hospital and volunteers will need a full immunisation status, including HEP B and influenza.
