Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the cricket program in accordance with Special Olympic pathways
• Ability to be flexible and improvise where necessary
• Ability to manage and create a sporting calendar in conjunction with the club sport coordinator
• Ability to inspire and motivate others to believe in the Special Olympics Mission

These roles will provide a supporting and encouraging environment for all athletes as well as providing general support to ensure the smooth running of the competitions. The ideal candidates should be comfortable working with athletes with an intellectual disability.
