ROLE TASKS

Processing of stock

  • Receiving donations
  • Sorting & lifting
  • Pricing
  • Hanging of items in preparation for display
  • Displaying and visual merchandising of stock in shop
  • Respect that all donations belong to TSA

Customer Service

  • Responding to customer enquiries on the shop floor
  • Providing a good customer experience for shoppers
  • No register work required

Shop Operations

Understand and use PPE Work according to policy and procedure Look after personal and organisational property. Maintain a safe and healthy environment

Mandatory Requirements

  • Complete The Salvation Army's volunteer registration process
  • Complete TSA mandatory training and induction modules and any other training as required
  • A WWCC will be required if working with team members U18.
