ROLE TASKS
Processing of stock
- Receiving donations
- Sorting & lifting
- Pricing
- Hanging of items in preparation for display
- Displaying and visual merchandising of stock in shop
- Respect that all donations belong to TSA
Customer Service
- Responding to customer enquiries on the shop floor
- Providing a good customer experience for shoppers
- No register work required
Shop Operations
Understand and use PPE Work according to policy and procedure Look after personal and organisational property. Maintain a safe and healthy environment

Mandatory Requirements
- Complete The Salvation Army's volunteer registration process
- Complete TSA mandatory training and induction modules and any other training as required
- A WWCC will be required if working with team members U18.
