Main task

  • Promote our services via phone and email.
  • Liaise with stakeholders.
  • Respond to email inquiries from clients
  • keep database updated
  • Use Microsoft office for ongoing daily tasks, specifically Outlook and Excel.
  • Organice events and activities
  • Write proposals and presentations.
  • General admin tasks.
  • Spanish speaking would be appreciated but is not required

Essential

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Community Development, Health Promotion, Social Work, Youth Work, Administration, Events.
  • At least 3 years experience in similar roles
