- Promote our services via phone and email.
- Liaise with stakeholders.
- Respond to email inquiries from clients
- keep database updated
- Use Microsoft office for ongoing daily tasks, specifically Outlook and Excel.
- Organice events and activities
- Write proposals and presentations.
- General admin tasks.
- Spanish speaking would be appreciated but is not required

Essential
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Community Development, Health Promotion, Social Work, Youth Work, Administration, Events.
- At least 3 years experience in similar roles
