• Use your natural creativity to think outside the box
• Collaborate with tech, creative and customer teams to identify the best solutions
• Test and learn ux/cx using various digital tools like hotjar

• You’re not afraid to take the initiative and will bank questions for the relevant team meetings
• You’ll bring a positive, continuous improvement attitude to everything you do

How will it work?

• You'll balance your time between our online learning program and gaining practical experience in your chosen career path
• You’ll work virtually from home, so you’ll need a dedicated laptop, mobile and internet
• You’ll need to be available at least 4-8hrs per week
