This quiet role assists the library staff by collecting from returned units, cleaning, counting and checking in returned toys, sporting equipment, board games, jigsaw puzzles and replacing storage bags where necessary. It also assists library staff by keeping the Toy Library organised, neat and tidy. This supports the Library Service by delivering an effective and efficient provision of services to the community in the Toy Library.

Volunteers must have good literacy and numeracy skills and be willing to attend further training - including Manual Handling and a full day of Child Safe Environments training.
