This position will report to the Founder, and assist in maximising income, funding and generating donations from potential major donors.

You are required to possess the following:

• Degree qualified in marketing, sales, communication and/or business related field;
• Experience develop and implement a major donor fundraising strategic plan
• Experience and demonstrated achievement in achieving KPI
• Confident in presenting and communicating to potential donors in a professional and friendly manner
• Conduct research and undertake networking to ensure new prospects are identified
• Excellent networking, negotiation and influencing skills.to liaise with potential donors
• Demonstrated a good team player as well as ability to work alone
• Well respected in the community and your industry
• Ability to balance our voluntary and/or not for profit sector objectives with the need to be commercially sustainable in an ever changing environment
