Are you great at showing others how to use technology? Cockburn Senior Centre has an excellent opportunity for you to share your skills and help keep Seniors up to date and connected with their community.

Join other Senior Centre volunteers and to assist seniors to use their devices. The Ipad social group offers support to a small social group of community members. Volunteers will need to have a high degree of knowledge over a variety of iPad, iPhone, smart phone, tablet and computer devices. Be conversant with the relevant technology and comfortable with teaching those skills to others. Have a positive attitude towards Seniors Have excellent interpersonal skills, Good customer Service Skills and good presentation skills.

Tasks Teaching Seniors how to use the technology devices. Helping them stay connected via social Apps and other general technology help.
