Community Houses Association of the Outer Eastern Suburbs (CHAOS) supports the work of Neighbourhood Houses and Learning Centres within their communities. We do this through linking, resourcing and advocating on behalf of our members. We are a network of 30 Neighbourhood Houses and Centres based in the Outer Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. Be the Ripple Program Managed by (CHAOS) Inc in partnership with the five neighbourhood houses in the City of Knox Region This project aims to support community members with a life limiting illness and the people caring for them to live well and remain connected with their community.

We are looking for volunteers with basic gardening knowledge who would like to make a difference by assisting people who are unable to maintain their own gardens.
