The program

The purpose of the Social Inclusion department is to strengthen people’s capacity to participate in community life, maintain or regain independence and stay living in their own homes for longer.

The opportunity

As a Transport Coordinator volunteer, you will be working with the Regional Coordinator to plan and evaluate Red Cross program and activity development. You will bring your strong communication and organisational skills to support the team with the daily delivery, logistic requirements and time frames of programs and activities. You will demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude.

The impact

As a Transport Coordinator volunteer, you will assist in ensuring that the services is provided  in line with Red Cross policies and procedures. You will support the department in achieving effective and efficient day-to-day operations and contribute to a engaging, productive and safe environment for volunteers and clients. No prior experience or education qualifications are required, however a willingness to learn and participate is essential.
