Volunteering Sunshine Coast (VSC) is committed to helping our community by offering the following assistance:

• Support people to make informed choices about volunteer work.
• Assist people who are seeking paid employment to participate in volunteer work with a view to updating and increasing skills as well as building self esteem.
• Refer volunteers to not-for-profit organisations across all sectors of the community.
• Encourage the government, community and corporate sectors to recognise the value of volunteering.

Primary Purpose of Position:

• Provide support services to Volunteering Sunshine (VSC) Coast member organisations.
• Maintain Customer Records Management (CRM) database records for member organisations.
• Facilitate the online advertising of volunteer positions for member organisations.
• Coordinate and provide CRM software training to member organisations.
• Work in a team environment.

Duties include:

• Maintain VSC database as well as online and other documentation.
• Generate periodic and adhoc reports as required.
• Assist member organisations by formulating and posting (advertising) volunteer positions.
• Proactively market VSC services to prospective new member organisations.
• Correspond with member organisations to ensure the maintenance of accurate records for the organisations.
• Be a point of contact and support to VSC member organisations.
