You will support Foodbank Queensland’s Member Services team and help ensure equal access to products at the Foodbank Queensland Distribution Centre for our 300 member charities.

Tasks could include a variation of:

• Greeting charity members as they arrive and sign in, ensuring their membership is current and that they are wearing appropriate safety apparel
• Aiding and educating new members about processes
• Ensuring members sign out, take payment by cash or card, generate invoices using the financial system and scan shopping lists
• Checking voicemail and logging information into a spreadsheet to ensure timely member engagement
• Monitoring shopping to ensure food safety processes and item limits are adhered to at check out, inspect trolleys to ensure items are accurately listed on record sheets
• Assisting other ad hoc requests from Member Services relevant to supporting member charities in collecting their orders.
