The Kyneton Community Lunch provides a delicious, nutritious 2-course lunch, available for all. The program operates on Wednesdays and is a program offered through Kyneton Community House. At present, the meals are offered through a take away service.

Volunteers are needed from 10.30am-2.30pm on Wednesdays with lunch being served from 12.00pm – 1.00pm. The Volunteer team assists with preparing and cooking food in the kitchen, cooking, serving and cleaning. We're looking for motivated people committed to supporting the community.

If you have an interest in food and cooking, and have a positive can-do attitude, we would like to hear from you.

This program is a fantastic opportunity to learn/share kitchen skills and recipes, meet new people, and give back to the community in a warm and friendly environment. Kyneton Community House is committed to equal opportunity and ensuring the workplace is reflective of the community. We encourage people from different backgrounds to join our team, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and people with a disability.

Kyneton Community House is a child-safe organisation and is committed in everyday practice to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children, at all times. Volunteers are required to have a current police check and Working With Children Check.

You can not apply for this role as it is no longer available.
