Volunteer Ethics Teacher - Volunteering Macarthur
Primary EthicsVolunteer Role Duties:
- Print, read, and practice weekly approved lesson materials developed by Primary Ethics
- Run weekly discussion-based classes of between 8 - 22 children, acting as a facilitator
- Complete and keep training and child safety requirements up to date
Volunteer Skills Required:
- No formal qualifications or teaching experience required, just good verbal communication skills
Personal Attributes Required:
- Rapport with children, keen interest in learning, and available at the same time each week (during school terms) to deliver a half hour class
Commitment:
- One year minimum

Days and Times Required:
- Leumeah Public School – Thursday 1.45-2.15pm or 2.15-2.45pm
- Camden South Public School – Tuesday 1.50-2.20pm or 2.25-2.55pm
- Oran Park Public School – Tuesday (every fortnight) 1.50-2.50pm or 2.20-2.55pm
- Mount Annan Public School – Monday 12.25-12.55pm or 12.55-1.25pm
- Buxton Public School – Tuesday 11.40am-12.10pm
- Thirlmere Public School – 9-9.30am or 9.30-10am
