Volunteer HR Assistant
Brisbane LegacyJoin the People and Culture Manager, and help behind the scenes with our volunteer workforce. You will be mentored and be provided training and support.
You will provide administrative support to People and Culture Manager that may include:
- Compiling and updating employee/volunteer records
- Process documentation for Blue Cards and National Criminal History Checks
- Communicate with Legatee and Volunteer expression of interests
- CRM database maintenance
Essential:
- Excellent English language skills - verbal and written
- Well developed organisational skills
- Proficient in using a range of Microsoft Office packages
- Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
- A friendly and customer service disposition, especially for mature volunteers
All Legacy volunteers are required to have a Working With Children Check and undergo a Police Check. This will be arranged by Legacy prior to commencement.
