As a Leader, you will be involved in developing and delivering fun and creative activities for girls and young women in a safe environment on a weekly basis. You will receive training and support continuously throughout your volunteering journey and become part of a global community of over 10 million women and girls - all while making a real difference in your community and the lives of young women and girls.

For this role you will:

• Have great communication skills
• Have a passion for leading girls and young teens
• Have excellent teamwork skills
• Be able to undertake online and face-to-face training
• Be available to volunteer 2-3 hours per week
• Be passionate about making a difference
